Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the Arcfield Systems website and any Arcfield service that is expressly made available subject to them.
Last updated: 25 August 2026
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Arcfield Systems website or a service that expressly refers to these Terms, you agree to follow these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant website or service.
If you use a service for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for that organisation. Separate written agreements may apply to particular projects or services; where they conflict with these Terms, the separate agreement controls for that subject matter.
Description of Services
Arcfield Systems designs software systems, intelligent infrastructure, and AI-enabled platforms. The current public website provides information about Arcfield and product directions, including products that are under development, prototypes, planned, paused, or internal.
Website descriptions are general information, not a guarantee that a product or feature is complete, validated, available, or suitable for a particular purpose. A service becomes available only when Arcfield expressly provides access or enters an applicable agreement.
User Responsibilities
You must use the website and any available service lawfully, provide accurate information where reasonably required, respect other people and organisations, and follow applicable service instructions.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with service operation, introduce malicious code, misuse another person's information, scrape or copy protected content contrary to applicable rights, test security without written authorisation, or use a service to facilitate unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity.
Account Security
The current public website does not provide user accounts. If Arcfield makes an account-based service available, you are responsible for protecting credentials, using accurate account information, limiting access to authorised users, and notifying Arcfield promptly of suspected unauthorised use.
Arcfield may require reasonable security measures, credential resets, or identity and authority verification to protect users, organisations, and services.
Intellectual Property
The website, Arcfield branding, software, documentation, designs, and other materials provided by Arcfield are owned by Arcfield or used with permission, subject to applicable third-party rights. These Terms do not transfer ownership or grant a licence except the limited right needed to access and use a service as Arcfield makes it available.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from protected materials except where Arcfield gives written permission or applicable law expressly permits the activity.
Product Ownership
Using a service, participating in a project, providing feedback, testing, or contributing does not by itself create ownership, equity, employment, or compensation rights in Arcfield or an Arcfield product. Any different arrangement must be agreed separately in writing.
You retain ownership of pre-existing materials and information you lawfully provide. Where a service accepts submitted material, you grant Arcfield only the permissions reasonably necessary to host, process, protect, and provide the agreed service, subject to the applicable service or project agreement.
Third-party Services
The website may link to or communicate through third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and practices. Arcfield is not responsible for independent third-party content, availability, security, or conduct.
Service Availability
Arcfield may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue website content or a service as products develop, security needs arise, agreements change, or maintenance becomes necessary. Arcfield does not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability unless an authorised written agreement expressly says otherwise.
Products described as planned, prototype, paused, internal, or under development may never become publicly available and may change before release.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the public website and general informational content are provided on an as-is and as-available basis without an unverified promise of fitness, performance, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Arcfield will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of or inability to use the public website or an available service. Any direct-liability limit for a paid or contracted service is governed by the applicable written agreement. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Termination
You may stop using the website at any time. If an account-based service is offered, applicable account-closure options or contract terms will govern termination by the user.
Arcfield may suspend or end access where reasonably necessary to protect a service or other users, respond to security or legal concerns, address material misuse, or enforce an applicable agreement. Provisions concerning ownership, confidentiality, responsibility for prior conduct, and lawful liability limits may survive termination where their nature requires it.
Changes to Terms
Arcfield may update these Terms as the website, services, and operating requirements change. Updates will be published with a revised date. Where appropriate, Arcfield will provide additional notice of material changes affecting an active service before they take effect.
